Big Snuglets are the shorter (and still cozy) cousin to our Big Snugs boots. The boots are knit first, then felted to ensure a stable, boot-like fit. See our Little Snuglets pattern for kid sized boots.

Yarn: 100% wool, worsted weight for the exterior; 100% worsted weight alpaca for the interior lining
For one set in the largest size, the exteriors require 400 yards of the wool and interiors require 400 yards of the alpaca

Additional Materials: Four 4"  swatches of a thin suede material to be sewn on the sole to create non-slip bottoms
(a template included in the pattern shows how to cut & attach them), leather ties or one foot of 1/8" elastic cord for closure.

Needles: Size 10, 16" circular needle, split-ring stitch markers, a stitch holder, yarn needle

Finished Size: Patterned for three finished sizes: US Women's 6-7.5 / 7.5-10.5 / 10.5-12. The exact finished size is determined by how much the boots are felted.
